Ground Shipping is ALWAYS free in the USA including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO / FPO addresses, (Large items such as roller bowling bags do not qualify for free shipping outside of the 48 US) no matter how many items you order, no matter the weight, no matter the distance.
We use USPS Priority Mail and Parcel Post, UPS and FedEx as our methods of shipping. Items will take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on your location. (2-10 days in AK, HI, PR, GU, APO, FPO)

When will my SWAG order ship?
Orders placed before 2PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3PM EST ship the following business day. Some apparel items may have longer processing times as noted on the product page.
What carriers do you use?
We use USPS Priority Mail and Parcel Post, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. We select the best carrier based on your location and order contents.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. This includes a tracking number and direct link to monitor your SWAG gear’s delivery progress. Track your order.
Do you really ship everything free?
Yes! Ground shipping is always free within the USA, no matter how many items you order, the weight, or distance. The only exception is large items like roller bowling bags to AK, HI, PR, GU, and APO/FPO addresses.
What about military addresses?
We proudly ship to military personnel via USPS. APO and FPO addresses have additional shipping charges of $20-$100 depending on items and sizes, with delivery in 2-10 business days.
