Who It Is Built For
Great for speed players on medium-dry to medium oil and higher-friction surfaces. It is built to give more backend and continuation than the Fusion models, and the Dagger AP26 Pearl cover responds strongly off the friction for lanes that demand more hook downlane.

All-New Core
The Assassin introduces a new symmetric core to the Modern line, tuned for more downlane motion than the Fusion. At 15 lb it measures 2.52 RG and a .048 differential, a lower RG and higher differential than the Fusion core for a stronger, later move.
That shape is what gives the Assassin Pearl its distinct reaction: more core when you need it, with a defined downlane motion that separates it from the smoother Fusion models.
AP26 Coverstock
The Assassin Pearl debuts the Dagger cover on the AP26 platform. Adhesion Promotion technology enlarges the cover’s contact footprint at the molecular level for more traction in oil, better absorption as the pattern breaks down, and a cover built to resist micro-cracking.
Built on the Dagger Pearl base and enhanced by AP26, it creates a distinctly different reaction, improved adaptability on higher-friction surfaces and a strong response when it hits the friction. At a 1500 grit sanded finish it is an outstanding choice for drier patterns and transitional conditions. USBC approved.
