The original Craze Pearl was ideal for high-rev players wanting control and lower-speed players needing length. The Craze Tour Pearl takes that to the next level, more overall hook while keeping the trusted control of the original.
Built with the AP26 additive on the Rage pearl base, it is perfectly suited to lighter oil and transitional conditions. The Craze line continues to deliver exceptional versatility and value.
Who It Is Built For
The Craze Tour Pearl is ideal when the fronts are transitioning but you still want control and more downlane than the original Craze Pearl, on straighter angles.
For balanced games it performs effortlessly, straighter angles or deeper inside. Where many pearls trade control for length, the Craze Tour Pearl delivers both, and more overall than the original.
The go-to transition ball for higher-rev players: great for a fresh house shot with less oil or stepping down from your usual. The Rage Pearl AP26 cover and low .030 differential give consistent control with more overall hook.
The Engine
The Craze Tour Pearl runs the same low-differential Craze symmetric core as the original. At 15 lb it measures 2.52 RG and a .030 differential, the control-first shape the Craze line is known for.
The core stays the same because it did not need changing. It is the AP26 cover that adds more overall hook, so you keep the trusted Craze control while getting more from the shell.
AP26 Coverstock
The Craze Tour Pearl brings the Rage pearl base onto the AP26 platform. Adhesion Promotion technology enlarges the cover’s contact footprint at the molecular level for more traction in oil, better absorption as the pattern breaks down, and a cover built to resist micro-cracking.
The result is greater overall hook than the original Craze Pearl while keeping its trusted control, perfectly suited to lighter oil and transition. At a 500 grit polish it stays clean through the front and delivers more downlane. USBC approved.
